Hello, I am the webmaster for AWD. My role is to edit/ remove posts that may have accidentally used a gendered term or indicated where an incident took place-- unwittingly through a context clue. My job is also to protect the AWD brand by rewording/ removing any post that is not written with a constructive tone. We are about getting things done!
